I Did It – But I’m Still Becoming
Celebrating a Win While Still Figuring It All Out
There are moments that come quietly, not with fireworks, but with a deep exhale.
Finishing my project management course was one of those moments.
I didn’t cross the finish line sprinting. I crossed it carrying kids, managing deadlines, leading my team at work, cooking late dinners, holding space for my relationship, and squeezing in study hours between life’s demands.
And still, I made it.
But here’s the truth: I’m still becoming.
Work-life balance is not a destination I’ve arrived at,it’s a road I’m still walking. Often barefoot, Often tired, but always moving.
This course didn’t just teach me how to lead projects.
It reminded me of my capacity to grow, to stretch, to rise.
It reminded me that I can show up in both boardrooms and bedtime routines, and that neither role cancels out the other.
There were nights I wanted to quit. Days I felt overwhelmed. But what kept me going was a deep belief that I wasn’t just studying for a certificate,I was investing in myself, in my dreams, in my voice as a woman, a mother, a partner, a leader.
To every woman reading this who feels like you’re juggling more than you can carry: I see you.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to celebrate yourself, you don’t have to wait until everything is perfect to clap for yourself, you can be a work-in-progress and a masterpiece at the same time.
This isn’t the end of my story.
It’s a reminder that I’m still writing it, one bold step at a time.
So here’s to showing up,to finishing what we started,to dreaming out loud and working through the chaos and to finding grace in growth.
Keep QUEENING. And if you ever feel like giving up,remember why you started.
With love,
